What if I already have a Compliance and/or BSA Officer, but need help managing the program?
We have you covered! The Compliance Select team understands you may already have a knowledgeable and experienced Compliance and/or BSA Officer. We also understand the regulatory landscape is ever expanding and that is why we offer our support staff services. This group of qualified individuals is here to support your Compliance and/or BSA Officer with the daily tasks required to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Whether you need someone to work suspicious activity alerts, write SAR narratives, review CTR’s or on the compliance side conduct data compilation for your CRA and/or HMDA LAR, review marketing material, conduct fair lending reviews of adverse action or rate deviations; the support staff is here to help.

Will Compliance Select replace my BSA Officer?
Not technically. Your institution is still required to name a BSA Officer. However, our program is designed for the Compliance Select staff to function and conduct the duties of a BSA Officer. Therefore, the individual you name within your institution would serve as the liaison with the Compliance Select team.

What is the benefit of Compliance Select?
Our Compliance Select team has the expertise needed to ensure your compliance and/or BSA program is efficient and compliant. Your Compliance Select team will assist your institution in overseeing your program, day-to-day monitoring for compliance, reporting to management, managing audit and exams, to name a few. The Compliance Select team is comprised of qualified individuals with many years of banking and compliance expertise.

How do Compliance Select Manager or Officer Services work?
Depending on if you are need of a Compliance Program Manager to oversee your entire compliance program, or you are looking for a specialized officer such as BSA, CRA/HMDA or a Fair and Responsible Banking Officer, we have you covered. Our Manager and Officer services allow you to have a knowledgeable individual that will assist with developing, monitoring and even enhancing your CMS, Fair Lending or BSA program.  We will work directly with the team you have in place to conduct monitoring, create formalized reports to track and refer findings to senior management, attend committee meetings and manage your program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  Whether you are looking to fill a long term need or just during a transition time, let us be your resource.

Will I have a designated individual as Compliance Select?
Yes! You will have a dedicated Compliance Select team member. They will be available via phone, e-mail, online meetings, and onsite visits, if needed. Your Compliance Select team member is there to assist you with all your compliance and/or BSA needs.
